Who is Sandbox Consulting?
Lori Charvat is the Principal of Sandbox Consulting and has spent more than 20 years helping leaders and teams navigate the moments that matter—moving through change, working through conflict, or finding steadiness in uncertain times. As a strategist, mediator, facilitator, and coach, Lori brings an organizational development lens that helps make sense of how people and systems truly work. Her approach is grounded in advanced conflict-resolution training, including a J.D. and an LL.M. specializing in dispute resolution. Lori is also a Certified Executive Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and a Registered Roster Mediator (RRM) with Mediate BC’s Civil Roster. Leaders rely on Lori’s clear thinking, steady presence, and ability to turn complex challenges into meaningful momentum.
From time to time, Lori brings on associate consultants or mediators to partner on projects – to untangle conflict, facilitate team or group conversations, or design and deliver experiential workshops.
